This would appear to be a photo of a man consuming a water glass full of Presidente brandy and beginning to notice a large network of blood veins hovering in the air in front of him. He is pondering whether to consume the rest of the brandy. How did you do that, Leo?
You know, I believe it was Presidente. The veins just presented themselves, as do the flying lizards.
